A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule weekly EMDR sessions.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

For EMDR Intensives, a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to reschedule.

Intensive deposits are non-refundable as they secure dedicated clinical time and preparation.
